Cheryl Sindell, M.A.; C. N. is consistently in demand by the media. She is an Ayurveda Nutritionist, author, media personality, restaurant consultant and an ongoing student of the Kabbalah, Zen Buddhism and Science of Mind.

Cheryl takes pleasure in providing a 31-day program of action that turns eating into the spiritual practice it is. Seventy percent of her clients have lost 5 to 40 percent of their body weight and kept the weight off for five years or more by making small changes they can sustain over time.

Cheryl says, “Permanent weight loss takes discovering why we over eat in addition to what is best for us to eat. My focus is to co-create a mass collective awakening to impact the overweight epidemic. We need to take back the responsibility for our own health and weight by becoming the beautiful and necessary bridge between up-to-date Western Nutrition Science and tried-and–tested Eastern Wisdom.”

Knowledge is needed to decode the jargon meant to seduce us into purchasing unhealthy foods. And Eastern Wisdom reminds us to check in with ourselves because nothing is ever meant to override the Infinite Intelligence we all carry within.
