Cheryl Sindell is a Clinical Nutritionist,
media personality, author, seminar leader, and chef with over twenty
years of experience in counseling, publishing, television, radio,
motivational speaking and restaurant consulting. She has a unique
approach to weight loss.
Seventy percent of Cheryl's clients have
lost 5 to 40 percent of their body weight and kept the weight off
for at least five years because they have taken back the responsibility
for their own health. Cheryl shows them how to step up to the plate
and make small changes they can sustain over time, instead of following
other peoples' rules that are impossible to maintain. She has a
gift for showing consumers how to decode the jargon that is meant
to seduce them into purchasing unhealthy foods. And she takes pleasure
in demonstrating how easy it is to prepare mouth-watering organic
dishes that improve the health of our skin, eyes, teeth, bones and
brain.
"Slim isn't sexy" she says, "unless you’re
healthy so I guide my clients back to the basics!”
