There are so many choices and contradictory messages out there… who do we trust? Trust your body!
You have the capacity to make fundamental nutritional choices on a daily basis and over a lifetime that are “right” for your body. As your Guide, I will show you how.
We are keepers of an innate intelligence called Body Wisdom. Your body lets you know when it’s comfortably full, and when you’ve eaten too much. We’ve all experienced it. Eat something that isn’t good for you and your body will send a bloated stomach, headache, feeling of anxiety, rumbling in your stomach, gas, constipation, diarrhea or cramps. Your body informs you when something looks bad, smells bad or tastes bad. The visible and invisible messages our bodies send us on a minute-to-minute basis is like having a crystal ball that can answer all our deepest questions.
I would like to take credit for the information and philosophies on this site, but none of it is based on my theories. It is the necessary bridge between six tried-and-tested wisdoms that have been substantiated over time: Body Wisdom, Ayurveda, Western Nutrition, Buddhism, Science of Mind and The Kabbalah, plus a compilation of tools my clients have found useful.
